| For ease of distribution... Allegheny Pellets are packaged into 40 lb. bags (3.75 mil. plastic), loaded onto a 40" x 48" slatted pallet on a slip sheet and covered with white 4 mil. plastic cover. Before being transported, the pallets are stretched wrapped to help protect against the elements. |

No wood piles or bark on the carpet and no cutting, splitting or hauling logs. It is also about one-third less costly that electric heat and compares favorably to oil and propane as well. Pellet fuel is environmentally friendly because it is typically made from recycled densified sawdust, a manufacturing by-product which normally is dumped in landfills.
